We often seek private investors to help finance the production of our independent films. We are presently in the process of raising private co-investment financing for our upcoming romantic comedy ["American Lovers"], to be shot in 2012. Private investors who participate in the financing of a project are given a priority return from the profits of the film. Unlike with other films, investors are invited to participate in our production.
